At the beginning of EACH SEASON, student-athletes must obtain a green check on PRIVIT to be able to participate in ANY sport, including practices. To obtain a green check, student-athletes must be registered with the R-XVI Athletic Department on PRIVIT.

Registration Steps

Step #1 - A parent or guardian should sign their athlete up to PRIVIT: https://richmondspartans.e-ppe.com/

Step #2 - Complete all of the necessary forms on PRIVIT.

Step # 3 - Upload your current physical to your student's PRIVIT account (we only need the front page).

Step # 4 - Wait for a PRIVIT admin to verify your forms and receive a green check on PRIVIT.
