Richmond R-XVI welcome Cindy Naber as Director of Special Services!

"Greetings! I grew up in rural Missouri, and graduated from Princeton High School. My husband Steve and I have four adult children; two of which are active duty service members.  My husband and I also have three granddaughters who we enjoy supporting in their various activities and sporting events.  I am a graduate of North Central Missouri College in Trenton, MO and have an Associate of Arts Degree with an emphasis in Education. Soon after, I was accepted into the Graceland University Education program, where I earned a Baccalaureate Degree in Education and a minor in Reading K-8.  I began working as a full-time K-12 special education teacher immediately following graduation.  In 2017, I earned a Master’s in Administration Degree, Director of Special Education, from William Woods University. I have been serving as Director of the Area Cooperative for Educational Support for the past six years.  I have enjoyed working as a multidisciplinary team member, building collaborative relationships with district staff and families, and supporting students to help them reach their individual goals. I look forward to getting to know all of you and supporting the students at Richmond R-XVI. "
