Richmond Middle School track starts tomorrow (3/9). Here is a copy of the tentative schedule for this season. The schedule is subject to change when the need arises due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Middle School Honors Choir(3rd hour only) will have a Choir concert Tuesday March 8th at the Farris at 6:30pm. Students will go during class time to rehearse on Tuesday as well. Middle school track will have an informational meeting next Monday (2/28) to discuss the upcoming season at 11:30am at the middle school. Practice will start on 3/9. Practice cards can be picked up at the middle school office.
8th Grade Parents and Students,
We will be having our 8th grade parent night tomorrow at 6pm in the commons at Richmond High School. The administration team as well as the counselors will be present to discuss our graduation requirements and what to expect at the high school level. If you are a 8th grade parent or student, please feel free to join!

This Friday (2/25), the boys and girls basketball teams will have a celebration of the season starting at 5pm at the middle school. There will be awards, cookies, donuts and water. We hope to see all of our players and families there. Go Spartans!

There will be a Parent Information Night this ๐ง๐ต๐๐ฟ๐๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ (02/24) at 6:00 p.m. in the Commons area ๐ฎ๐ ๐ฅ๐๐๐๐ ๐ข๐ก๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐ฆ๐๐๐ข๐ข๐.. The counselors and administrators will present information on what your student can expect as they transition to the high school next year, including the course enrollment process. The 8th grade students will be receiving the same information, as well as their course enrollment forms, during their social studies class on Thursday. 8th grade students are welcome to attend the information night as well. We hope to see you there!

Due to quarantines and positive cases at Holden Middle School, tonight's (1/13) middle school boys basketball game in Holden will be A only starting at 5. There will be no B game.
The girls game vs. Holden has already been canceled, but this is a reminder that there is no girls game tonight.
Thursday's (1/13) middle school girls basketball game vs. Holden, in Richmond, has been canceled. Holden has shut down girls basketball for the season.

Reduction in Required Quarantines: Last week, the Ray County Health Department shared with us that they will allow for new COVID-19 protocols to align with updated guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
